I have been getting alot of request about what their kids can do at home while we are in this lockdown phase. I have done a sample video of an armbar drill which you or your child can do at home without

Equipment: Pads, Pillow, Teddy Bear or a willing sibling/parent

Rep: 20 x each arm (Left and Right)
