Open Mat for Adult Class Members
For our adult members, there will be an Open Mat session at Roots Rockdale at 10:00am on the 10th of June (Monday). So everyone is welcomed to join.
There is also a technique class at 8:00am to 10:00am before the open mat for those who are probably injuried or looking to learn some mad Back Attacks from Prof Michael Hoffman.
